Olympic Council of Ireland close to naming new President

The Olympic Council of Ireland will have a new President later tonight.

Pat Hickey stepped aside from the position following his arrest in Rio at the Olympic Games amid allegations of ticket touting.

The 71 year old denies all charges against him.
