The Donegal fighter beat Jorge Melendez of Puerto Rico just 2 minutes and 24 seconds into the first round on the Hopkins-Smith undercard.
Its his 10th knockout and his formidable opponent had a 28-8-1 record with 26 Knock outs.
Belfast fighter Michael Conlon will now be joining Quigley in America to work under well known coach Manny Robles
