Quinn Industrial Holdings has implemented staff measures during Covid-19 pandemic

Quinn Industrial Holdings says it has a number of measures in place to protect its staff, their families and the wider community during the
coronavirus pandemic.

It says it continues to monitor the situation on both sides of the border to implement best practice guidance, while also responding to customer demands.

In a statement to Shannonside Northern Sound News it said close to 100 of its staff are working from home, staff teams have been split and split
shifts have been put in place to reduce staff numbers in any given location at any one time.

It says other measures such as deep cleaning of work areas have been put in place.

Over 800 people are employed by QIH, which has its headquarters outside Ballyconnell.

Kingspan this week said it was reducing staff pay for the next two months
and postponing a dividend payment to shareholders planned for April.
