Republican Sinn Fein says flags are being hung in Cavan to help with the community response to Covid-19.
The group says it’s part of a wider campaign to show people they are available to help during the pandemic by doing shopping or messages for older people.
Local Sinn Fein TD Pauline Tully criticised the move, calling it a PR stunt and clarifying that Republican Sinn Fein is separate to her political party.
