A clear roadmap is needed for retailers along the border before the North reopens their economy.
That's the message from the CEO of Retail Excellence Ireland Duncan Graham, who says that they are frustrated by the date led rather than data led approach that the government are taking to the ease of restrictions.
He says that given the North's vaccination programme it is likely they will reopen shops before the South and that will inevitably lead to people shopping across the border.
