Poor broadband has made isolation worsen for young people in Cavan.
That's the message from Senior youth worker, Colm Cullen, with Bounce Back
Youth Services in the county, who says the Covid-19 restrictions have seen a
lot of their services move online.
While he has said that they have adapted and become more flexible with how
they operate, services becoming digital has been a barrier and caused
problems for some of their service users.

Speaking to Shannonside Northern Sound, Colm said he is worried about the
impact a second wave could have on those without adequate broadband access:
