Mayo's Tom Parsons has joined David Clarke and Donal Vaughan in announcing his retirement from the county scene.

The Charlestown Sarsfields club man made 84 appearances for his county with his debut in 2008 against Derry.

Parsons inter-county career saw him win three Connacht titles, one National league title and receive two All-Star nominations.
