The 2020 Ulster 25 mile Individual Cycling Time Trial Championships hosted by Emyvale Cycling Club will take place this Saturday morning (19th Sept).
Departing from Glaslough at 9am, individual riders will leave in one minute intervals on a gruelling race against the clock.
The fast 25 mile course starts in Glaslough and heads straight down the R185 making a series of left turns onto the N12 heading for Middletown, Caledon, Aughnacloy and finishing just before Emyvale on the hard shoulder of the N2.
The event is sanctioned by Cycling Ireland, Cycling Ulster and is run by Emyvale Cycling Club in cooperation with An Garda Siochana and the P.S.N.I.
The event will be marshalled, will be in compliance with the rules of the road and also under strict Covid-19 protocols.
Road users are asked to be extra vigilant while the event is underway from 9am to mid-day.
