This Friday evenings (Oct 16th) Ulster championship semi final meeting between Cavan and Monaghan in Emyvale has been postponed due to Covid 19.
The game was to see the return of intercounty action after the Coronavirus lockdown, but has now fallen foul of the virus with it been re-scheduled to take place upon the completion of the Lidl ladies all Ireland championship series.
The Ulster championship was set to run independent of the All Ireland series, with counties been given the opportunity to compete. The defending champions Donegal had opted out of the provincial championship, but will contest the All Ireland competition. Armagh and Tyrone are set to meet in the other Ulster senior semi final
