Castlemanor Community Centre in Cavan is seeking planning permission for a medical consultant surgery on the first floor of the building.
The community centre in the Castlemanor Retirement Village is a two-storey building that is currently used as a centre for the elderly.
Permission is also being sought for the retention of external and internal alterations that were previously granted under a different application.

This will include increasing the ground floor area and increasing the roof terrace area at first-floor level, which was granted under a previous application.
