Cootehill parkrun will celebrate ten years this Saturday
Officially launched on November 1 2014; the free 5km run takes place every Saturday morning at 9.30am.
Additionally, it began as the only parkrun in County Cavan. Indeed, it remains the only run in Ireland whereby participants cross into two counties. One of the founding members is Laura Nultey and she has been telling Ronan Gargan all about the park run.
