Median property prices in Co. Cavan have risen by 3% to €237,000 in the last 12 months.
That’s according to the Q2 Property Report from MyHome.ie that was released this morning.
A four-bedroom semi detatched house in Co. Cavan will cost a median of €237,500, which is up 5.56% Q/Q.
Meanwhile, the median price of a two-bedroom apartment is €165,000 in Co. Cavan.
Nationally, MyHome.ie report shows asking price inflation accelerating to 5% in Q2 2026.
It said that despite reports of stretched affordability and softer conditions at higher price points in the market, vendors and estate agents still felt sufficiently confident to raise asking prices by a sharp 4% just ahead of the key summer trading season.
