A Cavan man has branded the behaviour of elected Dáil members yesterday as 'disgraceful'.
The Dáil was suspended three times yesterday after a row broke out over the Regional Independents getting opposition speaking time.
It led to chaotic scenes as newly elected Ceann Comhairle, Verona Murphy attempted to regain control.
