Northern Ireland's policing board says a car that blew up outside a police station was "sent to kill officers".
Homes were evacuated after the blast in Dunmurry, on the outskirts of Belfast, last night.
The policing board's chair says it's a "miracle no one was seriously injured".
First Minister Michelle O'Neill says those behind the attack "speak for absolutely no one".
