An early-stage dementia activity club is launching Cavan this month.
This aims to give support and a safe space for people with early stage dementia to come together.
The sessions are free and open to anyone living with early stage dementia.
The group will be meeting every Tuesday from 10am to 1pm at the Cavan Day Centre, Cathedral Road.
A variety of activities will be offered, aimed at building friendships and exploring new hobbies.
Speaking to Northern Sound, Mildred Morton from the Alzheimer Society of Ireland explained what will be on offer at the club.
