Fine Gael is now the most popular party in the country, in the latest opinion poll.
Tánaiste Simon Harris has seen support for his party rise by one point to 20 per cent, in the Sunday Independent/Ireland Thinks poll.
Fine Gael is three points ahead of its coalition partner Fianna Fáil which is also up one to 17, but Sinn Féin is down one to 19.
The Social Democrats are unchanged on 12 per cent.
