Planning permission for the construction of 23 apartments in Cavan has got the green light.
The approval for Latt Properties Limited by Cavan County Council allows the development to happen which will be in two separate buildings.
The three storey building will consist of 7 x one bed apartments at ground level, with 16 x two bed duplex apartments on the other two floors.
The approved plans also allow for a commercial unit on the ground level, provision of car parking, new vehicular entrance and an access road, retaining wall structures, boundary treatments, bin storage & bicycle storage provision, landscaping, and the connection to existing site services.
The development at Railway Road, Drumavanagh, Cavan was given the green light with 37 conditions attached.
