Planning permission has been granted for a new housing development in Monaghan Town.
Lumax Investments Limited applied to Monaghan County Council to construct four new houses at Oriel Way, Killyconnigan.
The four houses would be two-storeys, detached, and have their own individual detached garages.
Connection to mains and sewage make up the final part of the application.
County Planners gave the go-ahead with 18 conditions attached
