A well known Co Cavan motor dealership has lodged plans for a sizeable expansion to its headquarters.
Brady's Arva Ltd is one of the longest serving Volkswagen retailers in Ireland having first been established by its founder Philip Brady in 1961.
The development plans if given the green light would consist of a single-storey extension to the existing commercial premises to provide a CVR Test Centre for LGV vehicles.

Alterations to the site layout including revised car parking, relocation of an existing ESB pole, along with all associated site works and services also forms the plans that were lodged earlier this week.
Cavan County Council will decide on the application towards the end of September.
