Local commentator says interest in show jumping growing in Ireland

A Monaghan show jumping commentator says Irish interest in the sport is growing.

This year's Dublin horseshow is underway at the RDS in Ballsbridge, with the Aga Khan Trophy set to be a highlight this afternoon.

Monaghan man, Brendan McArdle believes there are a number of reasons for this growth in interest in the sport.

Speaking on the Joe Finnegan show he explained some of the reasons.
