A Cavan diner owner has spoken out about the impact price increases are having on his business.
Sean Igoe from Seans Diner in Cootehill, was reacting to reports the lower 9 per cent rate is making a comeback, but government is considering pushing out its implementation until July next year.
Sean says local businesses have been forced to absorb price increases, and it's a scramble to keep their head above water.

Speaking on the Joe Finnegan show this morning, Sean outlined the predicament local businesses are in when it comes to increasing their prices.
