A local weather forecaster has been giving advice as a spell of summer sunshine continues.
Gerry Murphy says a large area of high pressure over northern Europe is keeping unsettled weather away, bringing dry, sunny and increasingly warm conditions.
Today and tomorrow are expected to be the hottest days of the week, with temperatures reaching the mid-20s.
Conditions are expected to turn slightly cooler after Wednesday.
Speaking to Northern Sound, Gerry urged people to wear sunscreen, stay hydrated and take extra care around water as the warm weather continues.
