Local Gardaí are pleased with operations in Clones this weekend, receiving assistance from other divisions for Sunday’s Ulster Final.
Members from across the Louth/Cavan/Monaghan Division and the North Western Garda Region joined local officers for the major policing operation.
Support was also provided by the Garda Mounted Unit and several trainee Gardaí.

Gardaí say the event involves weeks of planning with Ulster GAA, Clones GAA, Monaghan County Council and Clones Chamber of Commerce to ensure a safe and enjoyable day for supporters and visitors..
They also thanked local farmers for businesses for helping support their operation.
