Local housing demand outweighing supply

That's according to the latest Daft.ie report.

House prices in the Northern Sound region continue to rise.

That's according to the latest Daft.ie report which shows market prices in counties Cavan and Monaghan each saw an increase in the last 3 months of 2025.

In Monaghan, the average price for a three-bed semi-d has risen by 22.2 per cent to over 272 thousand euro while County Cavan saw a rise of 5.3 per cent with prices there 227 thousand euro.
