Low temperature warning still in place locally

Heavy rain and strong winds will continue over the weekend as Storm Bert prepares to hit. A Yellow low temperature and ice warning remains in place for the entire country until midday today. While, an Orange alert for rain will kick in for Cork, Kerry and Galway tonight until tomorrow morning. There's also a yellow warning for wind and rain for the rest of Ireland from 10pm tonight.
