The local man killed in an incident involving a quad in Co Cavan earlier today has been named locally as Padraig (Paudie) O'Reilly.
Paudie who was aged in his early 40s was from Bawn in Killeshandra.
Mr Reilly’s body has been removed to Cavan General Hospital and a post-mortem examination will take place in due course.

The Health and Safety Authority (HSA) have been notified and will attend the scene.
