A man is still receiving medical treatment after his arrest in connection with the death of a woman in Co. Galway yesterday.
Gardai are appealing for people with dashcam footage from the Galway road in Clifden to come forward.
The body of the mother of two aged in her 30's was found yesterday by Waterloo Bridge on the Galway Road near Clifden.
She'd earlier been reported missing from the IPAS centre where she lived with her young children.
A post mortem will be carried out today to establish how she died.
A man who was detained shortly afterwards, remains under arrest while being treated for injuries by medics.
Gardai say they are not looking for anyone else in connection with the woman's death, but are appealing for anyone travelling on the Galway road between Wednesday afternoon and yesterday morning - who may have dashcam footage, to come forward
