Sinn Féin are holding a public meeting tonight in Co Cavan in defence of Irish neutrality.
Sinn Féin spokesperson on Finance, Deputy Pearse Doherty along with local Sinn Féin TD's and councillors will be in attendance.
Speaking to Northern Sound, Cavan-Monaghan TD Cathy Bennett says the Triple lock is an essential safeguard for how the Irish defence forces and personnel are deployed overseas.

Deputy Bennet called on Government to not abandon a core policy that underpins Ireland's neutrality.
The public meeting will take place tonight at 7.30pm at the Errigal Country House Hotel in Cootehill.
