Monaghan students have been speaking about the importance of taking part in Comhairle na nOg.
Jonathan Rooney and Neasa Nic Giolla Seanain recently represented Monaghan at the Dáil na nÓg in Leinster House.

They discussed education priorities, including continuous assessment and improvements to Irish language learning.
Speaking on the Joe Finnegan show this morning, Neasa, a student in Coláiste Oiriall, outlined how much time the young people were given in the Dail chamber.
Jonathan, a second year student in St Macartan's highlighted the importance of involving young people in the conversation.
