Cavan is marking National Voter Registration Day 2026 with a pop-in event tomorrow morning.
This takes place at Johnston Central Library on Farnham Street from 10am to 11:30am.
Residents are invited to check if they're on the electoral register and update their details if needed.

There will also be support available to help answer questions and help with forms.
Tea, coffee and pastries will be served, as people are encouraged to ensure their voice is ready to be heard.
