Permission has been granted for the development of more apartments in Co Monaghan.
An application was submitted by Eilly ltd last year.
The permission granted will consist of permission will consist of the refurbishment of the detached, three-bay, two-storey former stationmaster's house currently in use as apartments.
The proposed works will comprise internal alterations and demolition of a non-original single-storey extension to the rear.
In addition, a two-storey extension (112m² at ground floor level and 41m² at first floor level) will be built in place of the demolished structure.
The completed development will comprise 6 apartments: 4 x one-bedroom; 2 x two-bedroom,all connected to existing site/building services.
The development will also provide 12 new parking spaces.
Essential repairs to the existing roof and chimneys along with conservation works, window and plaster repairs are proposed.
