Planning approved for 22 new houses in Smithborough

Planning permission has been approved for the construction of over 20 housing units in Co. Monaghan.
Brothers Anthony and Harry Boylan applied to Monaghan County Council for the construction of 22 dwellinghouses in Mulladuff, Smithborough.

This comprises of 20 two-storey semi-detached houses, and 2 single storey semi-detached units.
The project also includes the development of a new site entrance onto the existing public road, connection to public sewer and all ancillary site works.
Monaghan county planners approved the submission with 23 conditions attached.
