Planning permission has been granted for a new housing development in Cavan.
Frisco Property Developments Limited applied to Cavan County Council to renovate a number of derelict outbuildings on The Square, Bailieboro.
The outbuildings would become six new townhouses consisting of five two-bed townhouses and one one-bed townhouse.

The reconstruction and extension of one section of the development to form the first floor area of two of the houses is also included.
Plans for the new houses were granted with 11 conditions attached.
