Planning permission has been lodged for a new housing development in Co Monaghan.
The plans lodged by Majella Duffy call for the conversion of 62 Main Street, Carrickmacross, to a set of seven apartments.
The apartments would be made up of five two-beds and two one beds.
This will also include the change of use of the ground floor from retail to residential use.
LED advertising signage, an extension to the rear, and all other works are also part of the application.
The building is a protected structure.
A decision on it is due in July.
