Plans have been lodged to add more than 20 new homes to a housing estate in Bailieboro.
Wonderglade ULC has formally lodged designs to demolish three partially constructed structures and complete two and three bedroom detached and semi-detached houses at Mulberry Manor, Corkish in Bailieboro.
Twelve of those will, subject to planning permission, take the form of semi-detached homes including eight single storey three bedroom semi-detached houses and four smaller two bedroom equivalents.

A final decision is expected to be made by Cavan County Council by the end of June.
