The sale of disposable vapes will be banned under proposals brought to Cabinet this morning.
Health Minister Stephen Donnelly also plans to restrict flavours and advertising at the till in shops other than vape shops.
It's expected the Minister will get approval to draft laws on environmental and public health grounds. A ban on selling vaping products to children came into effect last year.
