Rape Crisis Ireland is calling on the Justice Minister to amend a bill relating to the use of counselling notes in sexual violence trials.
According to the organisation, there had been a commitment to include a presumption against the disclosure of counselling notes, but this doesn't appear in the published bill.
The Oireachtas Justice Committee is meeting today to discuss the draft legislation.
