Planning permission has been lodged for a new housing development in Cavan. Frisco Property Developments have applied to Cavan County Council to
renovate derelict outbuildings in the rear courtyard on The Square, Main
Street, Bailieborough.
The outbuildings would be renovated into six new townhouses. These would be made up of five two-bed townhouses and one one-bed townhouse.
The development is a protected structure. A decision on the proposed works is due in April
