A status yellow weather warning will be in place across Co. Cavan and Co. Monaghan tomorrow (February 13th).
Met Éireann issued a national low temperature and ice warning this morning (February 12th).
The warning will come into effect across the country at 9pm tomorrow, and will run overnight until 10am on Saturday (February 14th).

According to Met Éireann, temperatures will fall between -1 and -3 degrees generally. Sharp frost and icy conditions are also expected.
The public is advised that there will be hazardous travel conditions on roads and underfoot, as well as disruption to travel arrangements.
