Status Yellow wind warning issued for eleven counties

A Status Yellow wind warning for 11 counties comes into effect from 4 o'clock this afternoon until midnight tonight.
The warning has been issued for counties Clare, Cork, Kerry, Waterford, Donegal, Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, Sligo, Wexford and Wicklow.
A Status Yellow Rain warning is in place the north for counties Antrim, Armagh, Down, Fermanagh, Tyrone, and Derry until 9pm tonight.

Met Eireann is warning of difficult travelling conditions as well as fallen trees and some wave overlapping in costal areas.
