Thousands of people are expected to march from the Garden of Remembrance today, to The Custom House at 2 this afternoon, in memory of 9 year old Harvey Morrison.
Harvey passed away in July following a short illness and faced delays of three years, while waiting for scoliosis surgery.
The rally in Dublin today, is demanding action to tackle waiting times for children's surgeries.
Access for All Ireland's Co-Founder Bernard Mulvaney says they are raising the issue for people to understand for the wider community to understand.
