A woman has highlighted how naturism has had a positive impact on her self-confidence.
Emerald Isle Naturist Group are hosting a textile free event and outdoor sauna and leisure in Killeshandra today.
It will take place from 5pm to 7pm.
The Emerald Isle Naturist Group was set up back in April last year and now has over 150 members.
Mary who is a member of the group says naturism attracts people of all ages and events like this are becoming more popular.
