Members of the Special Needs Active Parents campaign group also known as SNAP will meet with Minister of State at the Department of Education and Youth Michael Moynihan tomorrow in Dail Eireann to highlights their concerns when it comes to issues that many parents of children with special needs are facing right across Co Monaghan.
