LISTEN BACK: Monaghan man to do 6,000km Black Sea cycle for SOSAD

On Sunday, Clonibret man Derek Boyd will begin a 6,000km cycle around The Black Sea. He expects it to take up to 4 months, and it is all in aid of mental health charity SOSAD.

Before setting off to start the challenge in Greece, Derek joined Aaron McElroy in-studio to explain more about what he's doing, and why.
