More and more people are turning to volunteering as a way to get involved with local groups in Cavan and Monaghan.
While it's not something anyone does for the recognition or praise, a Monaghan woman has been honoured for dedicating her life to helping others.
Rosaleen Molloy joined Aaron McElroy in studio recently along with Sinead Keenan from the Monaghan Volunteer Centre.
