25 new social houses officially opened in Castleblayney

25 new social houses were officially opened in Castleblayney this afternoon.

The homes at Radharc An Bhrí in the town are part of the development led by Tuath Housing.

The remaining 13 homes are expected to be completed early next year.

Chairman of Tuath, Daragh O'Sullivan says today is a showcase of what can be achieved.

Chief Executive of Monaghan County Council, Eamonn O'Sullivan says it's a great news day for the county, but his team will continue to work through housing waiting lists.
