There have been 54 Fire Safety and Disability Access Certificates handed out by Monaghan County Council so far in 2026.
Figures revealed by Monaghan County Council show that 37 Fire Safety Certificates have been handed out.
Meanwhile, 17 Disability Access Certs have been awarded.

Monaghan County Councilhave also issued commencement notices for 84 units, 29 of these were in the April – May period.
Statistics also revealed the council have issued 23 Compliance Certificate’s on Completion so far this year.
CCC applications represent the number of multi-unit developments notified to the Building Control Authority.
