A Cavan resident says those who move to a new town have to make a concerted effort to be accepted in.

Gerard Smith is also a Cavan resident who returned to the county after a number of years in the UK.
Speaking on the Joe Finnegan Show this morning, the columnist with the Anglo Celt says his experience compared to Pat is very different.
