Annual Christmas runs are going virtual this year because of Covid-19.

The 16th St Stephen's Day 10k Fun Run in aid of St Mary's Comfort Fund in
Castleblayney, the GOAL mile and the Jolly Joggers New Year's Day Run are
just a few examples.

The 10 K walk or run can be done at any time between St Stephen's Day and
New Year's Day and a go-fund-me page has been set up for donations.

While the Jolly Joggers Run in Emyvale also has a donation page, and can be
done any time in the first week of 2021.

David Connolly from the Castleblayney Run told Shannonside Northern Sound
that people look forward to the event each year and the community love the
opportunity to give back to St Mary's Hospital:
