Planning permission has been granted for the development of 24 residential
units at Ashbrooke Housing Estate in Cavan.
The works will see the construction of a duplex block which will contain six
three-bedroom townhouses and six two-bedroom apartments.
There is also provision for four three-bed bungalows with attic
accommodation and eight three-bed semi-detached bungalows with attic
accommodation.

The duplex will be positioned and designed around an existing apartment
block and retaining wall at the housing estate on the Ballinagh road in the
town.
